A lifelong creative with a passion for design and building relationships, Melissa Garsva is the newest member of the FRM Lighting and Controls South Florida team.
Originally from Venezuela, where she earned her degree in fashion design, Melissa has built a career fueled by creativity. From interior design to launching a clothing brand that created one-of-a-kind handmade pieces for celebrities, she has always found ways to blend artistry with entrepreneurship. Her creative talents also shine in the kitchen, where she enjoys catering special occasions for family and friends.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys playing padel, pickleball and wordship, traveling the world and serving as a minister at her church. Having lived in Venezuela, Aruba, Amsterdam and New York before calling Miami home for the past 26 years, she brings a broad perspective and a genuine appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life.
Melissa is also a proud mom to her son, Julian, and we're excited to welcome her to the FRM Lighting & Controls family! We look forward to the creativity, enthusiasm and experience she'll bring to our customers, partners and team. Welcome to FRM, Melissa!
